PresenceScanner ("the Service") is operated by Putnam Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By using PresenceScanner at presencescanner.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PresenceScanner is a free, beta diagnostic tool that analyzes how a business appears online. It reviews publicly available information, such as a Google Business Profile and a business website, and produces a score and a plain-English report with suggestions. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.
PresenceScanner is in beta. That means it is still being developed and tested. It may contain errors, may be unavailable at times, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially for businesses with unusual setups such as shared phone numbers, multiple listings, or limited online information.
The reports, scores, and suggestions provided by PresenceScanner are estimates generated from public data and automated analysis. They are not professional, legal, financial, marketing, or technical advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service. We recommend verifying important information independently before acting on it.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to scan businesses you own or are authorized to research. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to overload it, bypass usage limits, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others. We may limit, suspend, or block access to anyone who misuses the Service.
PresenceScanner uses information from third-party sources, including Google, and may display recommendations or links to third-party products and services. Some of these may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up or purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any result or recommendation will produce a particular outcome for your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Putnam Enterprises LLC and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
