House Cleaning · Port Charlotte & Charlotte County · Penny George · Family owned since 2007
About Top Priority Cleaning Service
Penny George has been cleaning homes since 2007. In her own words it is “no big company, just a small family owned business,” and that is the whole pitch. The person who quotes the job is the person who cleans the house.
She will not price a clean over the phone. She walks the house with you first, so the quote matches what you actually want done rather than what an average house needs. Routine cleans, move-outs, rental changeovers and post-construction cleanup are all part of it.
This is her second business on the directory. Top Priority Lawns & More has been listed since 3 October.

What sets Top Priority Cleaning Service apart
Most of what she sent over is about the last ten minutes of a job, which is the part people notice and almost nobody does. In her own words: “Never leaving a job half-finished, arriving fully prepared with professional-grade multi-tasking tools, and respecting the home as a trusted private space.”
That shows up in small things. Throw pillows arranged, blankets fluffed, the toilet paper folded into a shape. Sometimes a handwritten thank-you note left behind. She calls it creative presentation and thoughtful staging, and it is the difference between a house that is clean and a house that looks like somebody cared.
She also insists on that walkthrough before quoting, which she describes as making sure the price is accurate rather than a guess.
Penny says the thing customers tell her most is that her regular clean reads like a deep clean. She has not sent written reviews for this listing yet, so there is nothing quoted from a customer on this page. That is her own account of it rather than theirs.

Frequently asked questions
How often do they clean?
Weekly, every other week, monthly or as needed. A routine clean covers dusting and surface wiping, bathrooms including showers, tubs and toilets, vacuuming and mopping through the living areas, and kitchen and bathroom counters and cabinets.
Do they do Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers?
Yes. Rapid turnaround between guests, linen changes, and restocking supplies for an additional charge, timed so the next check-in is ready.
What about after a renovation or a build?
Post-construction cleanup is one of the services. Dust removal, window and slider tracks, cabinets inside and out, bathrooms, floors, window seals, and light fixtures and bulbs.
Are windows included in a routine clean?
Windows and sliders carry an additional charge rather than being part of the standard clean.
Which towns do they cover?
Port Charlotte, North Port, Englewood, Rotonda, Venice and Punta Gorda.
How is a job priced?
After an in-person walkthrough. Penny insists on seeing the home first so the quote matches what you actually want done, rather than guessing over the phone.

One thing not to do
On your Google Business Profile there's a box for your website. Don't put your PresenceScanner Business Directory Web-Page there. That box is for your own website. This page is part of the PresenceScanner directory, not your own website, and Google has a rule against pointing that box at somebody else's page.
If you don't have a website, leave that box empty. Anywhere else is fine though. Your own website, your Facebook page, your emails, your business cards.
A small picture for your own website that links back to this page. Pick whichever suits it, hit copy, and paste the code in. Most people put it in the footer.
Left one for a white or light website. Right one for a dark or colored background.
Option 2. Send this to whoever edits your website
This is the finished code. They paste it in, nothing to build.
Option 3. If you edit your own website
Paste this sentence onto your homepage or About page. Then highlight the words See our listing here and use your editor's link button to make a clickable link using the address underneath.
One thing to get right either way: leave the word PresenceScanner as plain text and never make it part of the link. Search engines and AI tools pick up business names written in ordinary sentences, and a plain mention is worth more to you than the link itself. Making the name into the link is a pattern search engines treat with suspicion.
